Frequently Asked Questions

Because calm starts with clarity.

1. Do I need to be home during service?

Not at all. As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of everything. Just be sure gates are unlocked — we’ll handle the rest.

2. Can my dog be outside during service?

Yes, if your pup is friendly. For safety, we ask that pets who are anxious, protective, or aggressive be kept inside or secured elsewhere during your service window. If we arrive and can’t safely access the yard, we’ll reschedule.

3. Do you work in winter?

We operate year-round. Rain, snow, or shine — unless the weather creates unsafe conditions. If delays are necessary, you’ll always be notified in advance.

4. Do I need a contract?

Never. Our service is subscription-based, but entirely flexible. Pause, change, or cancel at any time — no penalties, no pressure.

5. How does billing work?

We bill automatically once per month through a secure system. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No surprises, no invoices hiding in your inbox.

6. What areas do you service?

We serve the Treasure Valley: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Emmett, Star, and Middleton. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask — we’re happy to check.

7. Is there an extra fee for the first visit?

Possibly. If your yard hasn’t been serviced in a while, we’ll let you know ahead of time if an initial deep clean is needed — and we’ll always quote it first.

8. Do you offer one-time or event-based cleanups?

Yes. Whether it’s a party, move-in, or just a fresh start, we offer one-time services with the same level of care and thoroughness.

9. What happens to the waste?

We bag it, remove it from your property, and dispose of it responsibly. No mess left behind — ever.

10. Is dog waste really a health concern?

Yes. It can contain bacteria and parasites that pose risks to your family and pets. That’s why we sanitize our tools and shoes before every visit — because a clean yard should be a safe one.
